Romance and Romantics

It occurred to me that by studying Arthur and Coleridge in the same semester, the title to this entry is what I'd get.

So the round table was a wedding gift from Guenevere's father, and Wordsworth wrote a hundred+ page psychological autobiographical poem. None of this would bother me in the least, 'cept I have to read them.

I'm surprised that my professor did not assign T.H. White. I may purchase a copy while I'm there just for fun and read it along with the regular assigned class texts. It will be interesting to see a different spin. I think Disa was heavily pre-history and old-English. I think this semester will be more Malory.

I should pick a specialty one of these days. Critical Theory isn't enough. I need an era.
